BULL’S TAIL HAMBURGER

Ingredients (for 4 people)

– 5 kg of bull’s tail

– 2 onions

– 8 carrots

– 3 leeks

– 1 spoon of pepper

– 1 liter of red wine

– Arab spices

– Thyme

– Rosemary

– Salt

-Pepper

 

Hamburger 

1 kg of deboned bull’s tail

– 400 gr of minced meat

– 7 units of caramelized mackerel

– 8 eggs

– Arab spices

– Salt

– Pepper

 

Elaboration: 

Bull’s tail

Mark the bull’s tail with salt and pepper until it is golden. Then remove it and add the vegetables chopped finely, roast them and add it to the bull’s tail. After this, add the wine, let it reduce and add the water and cook it for 3 hours.

Let it reduce the sauce and debone the bull’s tail.

Hamburger 

Mix the ingredients and make balls of 35grams, smash them and let them rest.

 

Finishing: 

Mark the hamburger and introduce them into the bread. Add mayonnaise and cheese, and fnish by adding sprouts.
