BEEF MASK WITH EDAMAME BEANS

Ingredients (4 people):
– 1 beef mask
– 1 leek
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion
– 1 celery
– 100 gr of edamames
– 200 ml of vinega

Elaboration
Start scrubbing the beef mask in water and vinegar to extract its impurities. Then, cut the vegetables into small pieces and cook them in another pot until they get tender. Then, let them cool down and cut them into 1 x 1 mm dices. Finally, mark the beef mask to make it crispy. After this, glaze it with the reduced cooking juice.

Termination
Place the beef meat in the dish and bathe it with the reduced cooking juice. Accompany it with edamame beans sautéed.
