BEEF TONGUE SALAD – Wonderful Beef

Ingredients (4 people):
– 2 onions
– 2 carrots
– 1 leek
– 2,5 kg of beef tongue
– 2.5 liters of water
– 4 lettuce heads
– 4 mint leaves
– 4 units of basil
– 4 units of coriander
– Trout roe

Brown the vegetables until they are well toasted. Apart, mark the beef tongues in a pan and add salt, the toasted vegetables, water, and cook it until the tongues are tender. Once they tender, take the tongues out of
the stew and strain the sauce, and reserve it to glaze the tongues. Once the tongues are cold, cut them into rectangles and glaze them with the sauce obtained in the preparation of the stew.

Over a head of lettuce, place the leaves of mint, coriander and basil and on top of that, put the stewed beef tongue. Finish adding the trout roes.
