BEEF TENDERLOIN PINTXO SEASONED WITH DOKA AND TURMERIC

Ingredients (for 4 people)

– Beef tenderloin

– Chopped chives

– Parsley

– Coriander

– Thyme

– Salt

– Pepper

– Doka

– Turmeric

– Extra virgin olive oil

 

Elaboration

Bone the tenderloin and cut it into medium size pieces.

Then, mix all the ingredients with the meat and let it rest for at least 12 hours. After this time, we make the pintxos.

 

Finishing

Sprinkle lightly the pintxos with extra virgin olive oil and roast it in a Josper oven for 7 minutes.
