PROVACUNO, the Interbranch Organization of the Spanish Beef Industry, will come back to Vietnam from April 23rd to 26th to keep promoting European beef in the frame of the project “What a Wonderful European Beef”.
The Organization will celebrate the opening of the Vietnamese market for Spanish beef companies with a media promotion event on April 23rd and a second event on April 24th addressed to importers, distributors and authorities in order to promote European and, in particular, Spanish beef. PROVACUNO will participate also at the Food and Hotel Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh from April 24th to 26th.
During these activities, PROVACUNO will explain the main nutritional characteristics of the European cows that is based on the consumption of cereal and oilseed of high nutritional value. The production of beef in Spain is distinctive because of its sustainable production model, the type of young animals consumed, the variety of cuts depending on the age at the time of slaughter, the variety of breeds and distinctive quality seals.
Vietnam is one of the main markets in which PROVACUNO is doing big promotion efforts due to the high potential growth of the market, with a population of 100 million, the growth of the GDP, the increase of beef consumption in Vietnam and, last but not least, the recent opening of the Vietnamese market for Spanish importers.
