Beef carpaccio with parmesan recipe
Ingredients (4 people)
- 600 gr of beef tenderloin
- 70 ml of olive oil
- 90 ml of lemon juice
- 200 gr of Parmesan cheese
- Ground black pepper
First of all, remove the nerves from the tenderloin. Then, wrap it with paper film and put it into the freezer for 40 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the lemon juice with the olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl.
Then, remove the meat from the freezer and fillet it.
Place the beef on a tray and season it with the lemon and olive oil mixture. To complete the dish, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the tenderloin.
