Provacuno – Spanish Beef Association shows in Dubai the European Beef origin with Star Michelin Chefs
As part of the program ‘What a Wonderful Beef’ sponsored by the European Union, Provacuno has been organizing and hosting several high profile events in the last years to create awareness about Europe as one of the best origins for the highest quality Beef products.
Backed by the European Union, Provacuno is resuming its international promotion activities after the COVID-19 restrictions, choosing Dubai and the UAE one more time to organize this event with the Michelin Star chefs Juanlu Fernández and Fernando del Cerro. They will be showing the European Gastronomy based in the freshness and authenticity of its products.
The cocktail dinner targeted at media, local distributors and importers among others, will be served at the Dukes Hotel (Royal Hideaway) the Palm, Dubai, next September 9th at 19:30, where the representative of Provacuno, Mr. José Ramón Godoy, will be explaining some of the characteristics and uniqueness of the European beef as its superior nutritional values and highest recognized quality based in the grain and legumes feeding system.
Currently, the beef meat volumes exported from Spain to the UAE in 2019 started to show an important evolution. Until August 2020 and despite the COVID -19 crisis, they have reached 30 tons of the highest quality cuts which shows that the demand is being positively impacted by a better knowledge of the products by the consumers.
