Online Masterclass successfully celebrated
The Spanish beef association (Provacuno) continues with its promotional campaign of the European Beef around the world. This time, the target audience were the future chefs, that is, young students who are preparing themselves in prestigious culinary schools.
Due to the current mobility restrictions that we are passing through in these days, the format of the master classes were carried out in live streaming from Spain to the following schools:
- PCCA – Culinary Arts – Jeddah (Saudy Arabia)
- The Food and Wine Academy School of Hotel and Tourism Management (Hong Kong)
- A Au Vagu Corp (Vietnam)
From Spain, the Michelin starred Chef Javier Aranda (1 Michelin star) conducted the masterclass from its Restaurant “Gaitan” where prepared some recipes with the best European beef. Moreover, he also provided some tips to get the most out this wonderful beef in their cuisines.
