Beef Flamenquín stuffed with ham and cheese recipe
Ingredients (4 people)
- 4 beef steaks
- Slices of serrano ham
- Wheat flour
- Gorgonzola cheese
Streach the beef and season it with salt and pepper. Cover each steak with some slices of serrano ham.
Then, shred the cheese and cover half of the serrano ham slices with it.
After that, roll the steaks and make sure they do not roll off using a toothpick. Coat them with flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry them. Turn them around as many times as neccessary to make sure it is well cooked.
Allow to cool in the fridge for some hours. Serve them with french fries or salad.
