European Beef from Spain Makes a Culinary Splash in Riyadh with Exclusive Masterclasses and a Cocktail Event at the Spanish Embassy.
Provacuno is on a mission to revolutionize the culinary landscape of the UAE. With an unwavering focus on elevating Emirati gastronomy, Provacuno aims to introduce the Emirates to the exquisite flavours and quality of European beef from Spain. This initiative aims to enrich local dishes, infusing them with a touch of European sophistication, all while fostering a deep appreciation for the unparalleled taste and quality that European beef from Spain brings to the table.
‘What Wonderful European Beef! 2.0′ programme will host masterclasses in Riyadh next January to teach future chefs in the KSA market how to cook European beef thus strengthening the ties between the KSA and the European culture.
Beef buyers and HORECA representatives from Danang were treated to an informative and delicious experience at the Showroom Festival on 16th November. Organised by the Agro-Food Interprofessional Organisation of the Spanish Beef Industry (Provacuno) as part of the European promotional programme ‘What Wonderful European Beef 2.0!’, the event provided a platform to explore the superior qualities and benefits of European beef from Spain.
PROVACUNO, the Agro-food Interprofessional Organization of the Spanish Beef Industry, will attend the Food & Hotel Fair (FHV) Exhibition in Hanoi from the 21th to
the 23th of November (BOTH D2-01) to keep promoting European Beef from Spain in Vietnam.

PROVACUNO, the Spanish beef inter-professional association, hosted for the third consecutive year a study trip to take top Japanese importers to European factories and farms in Spain as part of its “Wonderful Beef 2.0 Campaign. Participating Japanese importers toured Spain’s rich landscape and visited many key facilities while exchanging views on the relationship between the Japanese beef market and imports of European Beef from Spain.
The first trip scheduled in this last year of What Wonderful European Beef 2.0. began with a study trip organized for potential Japanese buyers. The last one of this kind organized for the Japanese market.
The Japanese guests will visit several beef factories, slaughterhouses, cattle farms and feedlots all over the Spanish geography from 24th to 30th June.
