French Rack with butter, lemon and capers

Elaboration:

At first, you have to clean the rack of the beef and reserve the bones. If you want to reach the toasted butter, it would be good to clarify it. Then, you will add the lemon juice and capers to the butter. When you see there are three minutes left, do not forget to add the mustard seeds. 

Termination:

Finally, serve the previously marked lamb and finish with the final touch: the seasoned mizuna sprouts.
