Steak sandwich with green pepper mayo (Pepito) by Juanlu Fernández

Preparation:
  1. Thinly slice the steak
  2. Fry the green peppers in olive oil
  3. Fry the brioche roll in olive oil until golden
  4. Sear the sliced steak
  5. Prepare a mayonnaise with egg, sunflower oil and salt
  6. Make a small hole in the brioche roll and fill it with mayonnaise
  7. Arrange the steak on top of the brioche
  8. Garnish with sprouts
